Key Responsibilities
1. Work with business and customer stakeholders to define product objectives and requirements.
2. Prioritize requirements to meet customer needs in a timely manner given available resources.
3. Provide complete ownership of the output yield and testing readiness to ramp up volume.
4. Prepare daily, weekly reports, and represent as the engineering team owner in all meetings.
5. Responsible for all day-to-day Engineering operations and customer interactions.
6. Collaborate with customer operations to identify areas in need of improvement to increase customer satisfaction and decrease support requests.
7. Anticipate problems and complications, and formulate solutions so as not to impede the progress of the project.
8. Assume responsibility and drive ownership for issue resolution.
9. Ensure all engineering systems, Testing, Failure analysis, Tester and equipment Maintenance are in place to support the production and that are well in place to meet the customer requirements.

1. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree, majoring in any engineering fields.
2. Requirements
• Strong Technical Project Management experience in a technology oriented organization.
• Proven record of accomplishment of successfully supporting technology products and services with geographically distributed teams and environments.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing products and solving problems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to concisely understand and communicate issues and lead team to a solution.
• Excellent debugging skills. Must have demonstrable ability to solve problems under pressure.
